We get a guardian agreement from Korean parents for the homeschoolers who will act as guardians. This is to protect homeschool families for any legal problem caused by the accident. The agreements from the Korean parents will be given to homeschooler the moments the students arrive.

All the Korean students are insured with Korean and American insurance companies for their illness, any kind of accidents during the program before they depart.
The exchange student will hand in his or her copy of registration. You are to keep this and use it in case of accidents and illness of the student.

On the day of the studentĄ¯s arrival, one of the homeschool parents must be waiting at the airport. Our staff will accompany the students from Korea to the destination, claim luggage, go through the custom, and etc.
For the studentsĄ¯ departure, homeschool parents need to reserve for UM service (a paid service to have someone from an Airline guide the students to travel or transfer to another flight) for a safe arrival.

Korean parents are mostly concerned about the childĄ¯s safety during the program.
We ask the parents and the children to participate in our orientation 2 ∼ 3 days before departure. We stress the importance of safety issues and actions to take in emergency situation as well as introducing the different life style.
Please do not leave the students alone in the house, or let them go outside by themselves. Also, In case you take a long trip, please let us know ahead of time.

Please contact us immediately when unexpected accidents or illness happen!
